Pay Gaps
A- A A+
“The gender pay gap data that we discuss generally applies to white women. If we start disaggregating the data along racial and ethnic lines, then there will be different pay gap days. The national pay gap for Bangladeshi and Pakistani women, for example, is 26%. And if we look at universities – Rianna Croxford recently conducted a survey of Russell group universities and found that on average, compared with white men, white women got 15% less, Asian women, 22% less, and black women, 39% less.”
